| I've been a customer of Universal Auto Center for over 10 years, with three cars (2000 Olds Alero, 2014 & 2016 Nissan Altimas) under the care of the Owner Rojas and his Mechanics Team headed by Lionel. They've always given me top-notch service, even when I complained about the prices at times (lol), but my cars have stayed running and drivable for a "lifetime" so-to-speak after repairs. I'm proud to have seen his small shop grow into a larger shop, and now he has a dealership which I'm considering purchasing from in the near future. The repairs he does on your vehicle are reliable as well they try to do the most cost-effective yet quality work for you. If you haven't tried'em out, I'd highly recommend! And Norma & Jessica, the fronk desk team, THANK YOU for your quality customer service! P.S. Rojas, I'm gonna need y'all to start lightweight washing my car after servicing (if dirty of course, lol)! |
